Michelle Jans, PA-C
Michelle Jans, PA-C, has been in healthcare since the 1980s. She initially obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, working for 13 years in intensive care and neurology. She then went on to the University of North Dakota's Medical School to their Physician Assistant Program. Since 1999, Michelle has practiced in neurology, neurosurgery, primary care and, during the past several years, emergency medicine. Throughout her various positions, Michelle's focus has always been on her patients.
While her first job brought her to the Maxwell area to live, her most recent job brings her to Maxwell to work. She is the sole provider at the Maxwell Clinic.
Her life, education, and clinical experience allow her to provide high quality healthcare with the heartfelt encouragement of a friend. Her goal is to encourage people to live their best life and age well.
Michelle lives in the country with her husband. The couple is blessed to have several children and grandchildren living close by. She admits to being a morning person, arising very early to exercise and enjoy her coffee. She enjoys gardening, baking and quilting. She is often seen riding behind her husband on their Harley motorcycle. She loves to travel and spends time at the Lake of the Ozarks.
The mantra she strives to live by is, "It's a good day to have a good day!"
