Story Medical is committed to meeting the medically necessary health care needs of all patients who seek care, regardless of their financial ability to pay for any services provided.  Patients have an obligation to obtain insurance coverage and pay for a portion of their health care service, and the medical center has a duty to seek payment from patients.

Similarly, Story Medical shall provide fair discounts and financial protection to low income, underinsured and uninsured patients.  Story Medical shall use consistent and fair collection practices for all patients.
