In more than 25 years of serving patients from 1 month to 101 years old, Valerie Stallbaumer, LAc, MSOM, has gained a wealth of insight on how individuals can help themselves manage a variety of health and wellness issues.
Valerie will share her insights at a special program that is free and open to the public at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, November 15 at the Ames Public Library.
This special program includes information about what Valerie has learned in her natural health practice, strategies to help manage conditions ranging from chronic pain to sleep disturbances, an overview of the ancient practice of acupuncture, and more. In addition, Valerie will reserve time for question and answer. This program is free and open to the public.

About Valerie Stallbaumer, LAc, MSOM
Valerie is a state licensed, nationally certified acupuncturist who has been practicing acupuncture and Oriental medicine full-time at the Ames Natural Health Clinic since September 1997.
